Quotes

Quotes are free and carry no obligation. Each quote is customized to your space based on the information you provide; if the actual condition or size of the space differs materially, we may revise the quote before work begins.

Scheduling & access

Service dates and times are confirmed with you in advance. You are responsible for providing safe access to the property at the scheduled time (keys, codes, or someone present, as agreed).

Cancellations & rescheduling

Plans change — just let us know as early as you can. Contact us at 1-800-701-4951 to cancel or reschedule a visit.

Payment

Payment terms (amount, method, and timing) are confirmed with your quote before service begins.

Our work

If something isn't right with a cleaning, tell us promptly and we'll work with you to make it right.

Liability

We take care in your space. Report any damage claim to us as soon as possible after the visit so we can address it. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear.
